THE SCIENCE BEHIND SPACE BROS

What is “ Space Brothers “ without actual science? One of the main draws of this lovely series is not only the deep character development but also it's commitment to actual hard science! For example, JAXA created a 3D (that's three dimensional) map of the moon's surface! Isn't that cool!? Because we have a better map of the moon than of the ocean floor! The creator of Space Brothers, Chooya Kouyama is really big on science! He did a lot of research on how astronauts train!

As you can see in this image, it's an astronaut going through Neutral Buoyancy Training which we see our heroes doing in Space Bros, such as here with the lovely and adorable Ms. Serika-chan.

The next part I want to point out are the realistic rockets that they use in Space Bros! As you can see in the first theme song “Feel The Moon” you can see NASA's rocket which resembles the ones used during the real Apollo missions! See for yourself!
